Managing General Partner and Founder of Mithril Capital Management based in Austin Texas. Ajay has led investments in innovative companies across multiple industries, such as robotics, healthcare, enterprise software, bio- technology, nuclear energy, and finance. Before forming Mithril, Ajay was a managing director at Clarium Capital Management, where he focused on unlevered growth investments. Ajay began his career at Braxton Associates, formerly Deloitte Consulting. He is a graduate of Yale University.

Founder and Managing Partner of Eclipse Ventures based in Palo Alto CA. Lior grew up in Israel and spent time in the Special Forces there. After he helped build Intucell, a pioneer in software-defined networking for global telecoms networks. Cisco acquired them after 4 years.

Then Lior joined Flex, a global manufacturing leader, where he led the hardware investment platform, Lab IX. In the process, he worked with many “old-line” industries and became convinced that digital transformation would transform them. As a result in 2014, Lior began Eclipse a venture capital firm dedicated to partnering with entrepreneurs rearchitecting industries critical to people’s lives and national economies. He is passionate about building groundbreaking technology companies.

MSEE, EE PhD UCLA: designed 5 FPGA chips from 90nm to 40nm. 2013 Distinguished PhD Dissertation Award. 2014 ISSCC Lewis Winner Award for Outstanding Paper. Cheng has led the architecture, silicon implementation and software development for eFPGA over two generations from 180nm-7nm and now neural inferencing. Multiple patents at UCLA and Flex Logix.
