MSEE, EE PhD UCLA: designed 5 FPGA chips from 90nm to 40nm. 2013 Distinguished PhD Dissertation Award. 2014 ISSCC Lewis Winner Award for Outstanding Paper. Cheng has led the architecture, silicon implementation and software development for eFPGA over two generations from 180nm-7nm and now neural inferencing. Multiple patents at UCLA and Flex Logix.

Andy is responsible for worldwide sales and customer solutions support for EFLX and InferX hardware and software. BS Chemical Engineering, Arizona State University. Over 20 years of sales and sales management experience starting as Account Sales Manager at Motorola for Apple, Sun, SGI then Director Strategic Accounts at ARM. Moved to ARC as VP Sales, North America. When Virage acquired ARC, became VP Global Accounts and lead worldwide sales effort for ARC. When Synopsys acquired Virage, was interim VP Worldwide Sales for Virage/ARC, then transitioned into Director of Product Solution Sales coordinating all ARC sales activities for Synopsys in North America. During Andy’s time selling ARC, it became the #2 embedded processor by unit market share.

BSEE Texas A&M; MSEE & Computer Engineering, University of Texas, Austin. Most recently Charlie was VP, Auto Processor Design at NXP where he managed hundreds of engineers. Previously he has worked as VP Oracle Labs, Hardware & Silicon Engineering; Director of Engineering, Marvell; and roles at Intel and IBM designing microprocessors. Charlie has been granted 62 patents in microprocessors, DSP, multimedia and more. Charlie is based in Austin.

Jayson is responsible for Marketing and Business Development. Jayson spent six years at Xilinx as Senior Product Line Manager responsible for about a third of revenues; before that six years at Avnet as FAE showing customers how to use FPGAs to improve their products; and before that at startups using FPGAs to design products. He has a BSEE from University of Colorado in BSEE focusing on architecture, DSP and logic design.

BS, Managerial Economics, University of California, Davis. Over 20 years of finance and accounting experience across FP&A, treasury, and integration management. Prior to joining Flex Logix, Juliet had leadership positions at Infinera, Netgear, and KLA-Tencor as well as roles at Intel Corporation.

Brian is responsible for Solutions Architecture: supporting customers in their technical evaluation and then implementation of Flex Logix Hardware and Software. Brian spent more than 25 years at Xilinx in various roles including Director of Technical Marketing, Principal Technical Marketing, and Sr. Staff Applications Manager. Brian has a BSEE in Digital Electronics from California State University, Chico.
